Summerland

The sleepy little town of Summerland is a local's favorite. Once the home to the many oil wells and Spiritualist, Summerland is rich in history. The independent spirit spirit of the quaint town is still felt today.

Enjoy a tasty burger and brew at the local watering hole or stroll among the many antique stores. A lazy weekend breakfast is a popular a choice as well.

The Santa Barbara Polo Club is just down the street. Purchase a ticket and watch a match while rubbing elbows with the local elite.

Low tide makes for great beach combing among the tide pools. 


Carpinteria

The small town charm and beautiful beaches of Carpinteria are valued by visitors and residents alike. Sandy beaches, breathtaking mountain views, and an eclectic vibe make Carpinteria a wonderful place to live, work, and play!

There is a strong agriculture industry in the area. Growing flowers such as orchids and roses. Avocado orchards are scattered among the picturesque hills.

Enjoy community sponsored activities throughout the year. First Fridays are a fun way to meet your neighbors and enjoy the locak treasures. The weekly Farmer's Market is a great place to sample the local produce and artisan foods.

GOleta

Known as “The Good Land”. Whether you’re in Goleta for business or pleasure, you’re sure to find something for everyone in Santa Barbara’s neighboring city.

Goleta is located just minutes from the Santa Barbara Municipal Airport, Amtrak Goleta train station, or easily by car just off Highway 101.

 Enjoy paddle boarding off the shores of Goleta Beach.  Try a round of golf at Championship courses. Go on a morning nature walk through the Butterfly Preserve and watch butterflies come to life.
